Customers service is good and they always come to offer help . My son and I love walthamstow branch because of Naga and there is also a nice guy that serves us anytime we sit upstairs on Saturdays. Naga is a brilliant worker, we really like her service and she is always neat too

Visited on a Sunday morning at 9am. Service was very inefficient and unorganised. I ordered a breakfast takeout. My coffee came out first which was good thinking as I sipped it while I waited. A queue started to build up. My order arrived 12 minutes later. They included a coffee, which I explained I had already received. The staff there are nice but they just need better supervision. This is fast food, after all. The last thing you want to see are customers waiting at the collection point for over 10 minutes! The food was good, as in other McD's. The franchise owner needs to get more involved in this branch.

There's a guy whose name is Jisan.. he greets with warmth welcome .. never encounter this kind of behaviour in any kind of Mac donald before and he even help me with the order. He is such a nice guy. 10/10
